I am glad you are here. Change can be unfamiliar, scary, and difficult. However, the therapeutic process can be life changing as you gain a better understanding of yourself. I believe in meeting each individual where they are to provide a safe and supportive environment where we can build a valuable therapeutic relationship. Through the development of the therapeutic relationship, we will work together to understand your thoughts, behaviors, emotions and choices to experience growth and healing.
I am Licensed Professional Counselor and completed my graduate training at Houston Baptist University in 2007. As a licensed therapist, I have experience in a variety of environments allowing me to work with a broad spectrum of issues such as anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, CPS and foster care issues, adoption, relationship issues, eating disorders, autism spectrum disorders, and substance use. I utilize many modalities of therapy, depending on your needs, which include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, and Attachment Theory.
I look forward to working with you.
Elizabeth Wills, LPC
